Little Women (2019) Movie Trailer - Watch Online in High Quality. Review:

The novel of the same name was written and published at the end of the 19th century. And to be precise, its two parts were written one after another in 1868 and 1869. The story told in the book is partly autobiographical, since the writer herself, born in 1832, also had three sisters. The books were so successful that they continued in other books: "Little Men" and "Joe's Guys," published in 1871 and 1886, respectively.

Since then, based on these fascinating stories, many plays, films were created, there were even a cartoon and a series, and a very exotic dramatization in the form of operas.

This time, in the film "Little Women" the action will unfold in our time, and the outline of the event adapts to modern realities. Nevertheless, the essence of events will remain the same, which suggests that the face and surroundings may change over time, but the nature of human relations remains unnamed.

Meet the main characters - March sisters:

Margaret, she and Meg are the older sister. At the beginning of the action, she is 16 years old, she is an incredibly beautiful girl, romantic, feminine, and very well-mannered, possessing beautiful manners. Meg is humble and obedient and is always preoccupied with the reputation of both her own and her family. Of course, she also has flaws; for example, she is embarrassed that their family is poor and envies the beautiful outfits of her girlfriends. She adores her little sister Amy, pampers her, and indulges in everything. Subsequently, he marries Mr. John Brooke, who gave birth to two children.

Josephine, she is Joe - was born a year after Meg, respectively, she is fifteen. By nature, the exact opposite of the older sister. It has an explosive and restless, rather boyish character. Instead, she can be called a bully in a skirt. She does not like parties and girlish talk about clothes and cosmetics, and she is closer to the interests of men. Climbing trees correctly, running with the boys racing, perfectly skating, and may well fight if circumstances require it. She reads a lot and dreams of becoming a writer herself. He writes short stories in his notebook. She does not know how to flirt, but honest and somewhat straightforward. It scares away many, but experts understand the value of these beautiful qualities, so she has no shortage of fans. She is tied to a sister named Beth. Admired by Meg's perfection, but there is no closeness between the sisters. She has a complicated relationship with Emmy but overall is normal. A young man named Lori falls in love with her. But she realizes that she cannot be an excellent traditional spouse and therefore rejects his marriage proposal. Then he marries Professor Friedrich Baer, a German by birth. The couple will have two sons - Teddy and Rob.

Elizabeth, or simply Beth, is thirteen at the beginning of the story. Quiet, very shy, you can even say closed. A pure soul, which is not without reason considered by others as an angel, who descended to earth in comfort. She loves music and her dream of getting a piano. With all the sisters in a beautiful relationship, because she loves everyone equally. In the second book, he becomes ill and dies at the age of 18. After all, angels do not live long.

Amy is the youngest sister. She is twelve at the beginning of the book. The most controversial person. She has a pretty appearance and excellent manners, but inside is very cunning and even insidious. She quickly realized that she could manipulate people and use her charm with might and main for her purposes. Selfish, vain, and careless. All these vices are somewhat mixed up by education and understanding of spiritual values. But in anger, she can do disgusting things; for example, she burned Joe's notebook with her stories. But then he sincerely repents of his deed. Growing up has become more kind than evil. Joe rejected Marries Lori. They had a daughter, who was named in honor of the deceased Beth.
