The action of the science fiction film “Terminator: Dark Fates” takes place two and a half decades after the events shown in the second part of the series. Sarah Connor, John’s mother, finds out that she will become the future leader of the Resistance of people in their war against intelligent machines controlled by Skynet.
From the future comes an advanced Terminator, who is entrusted with the mission to destroy a person of fundamental importance to the Resistance. But Sarah is not going to leave it just like that. She goes to the rescue, planning to destroy the enemy Terminator.
At the same time, another Terminator comes from the future. This machine considers itself a man, and its mission is to destroy another Terminator. The intelligent machine unites with Sarah to achieve its goal and destroy the enemy. But even such experienced fighters cannot cope with the common threat on their own.
